Start your morning like a true local, cooking, tasting and sipping your way through Brazil’s favorite breakfast foods.Based on countless guest requests for a morning culinary experience, we’re proud to present our newest adventure: the Brazilian Breakfast Class in Rio a hands-on session starting bright and early at 8:00 AM.
Guided by a friendly local instructor, you’ll prepare fluffy pão de queijo, a rustic corn cake from grandma’s kitchen, and a refreshing fruit smoothie the locals call “vitamina”.
As flavors fill the air, we’ll take you on a guided tasting of 3 single-origin Brazilian coffees, from fruity Cerrado notes to nutty and chocolatey roasts from Minas Gerais.
You’ll also enjoy a colorful spread of fresh tropical fruits and juices, and finish with our signature brunch cocktail: the mango mimosa, made with sparkling wine and fresh mango pulp.
Set in a cozy kitchen studio in Rio’s South Zone, the class feels like breakfast at a friend’s house, warm, welcoming, and full of stories.
And if for any reason your morning isn’t a 5-star experience? We offer a full money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
Come hungry, leave inspired.

"...As we baked pão de queijo and broa de milho, our host shared stories about childhood breakfasts and weekend routines. Tasting the coffees and fruit juices in that context made everything come alive. It was a calm, simple start to the day that said a lot about the country without needing any explanation."
I didn’t just learn recipes, i got a glimpse of what a real Brazilian morning feels like....
